Class Description:

The class will take place in one of the most traditional houses in Trancoso, on Itapororoca beach, where participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the day on the most beautiful beach in Trancoso.

During the class, an experienced chef or sommelier teaches you, step by step, how to prepare a delicious dish, a cocktail or how to taste different types of wines. The good thing about these experiences is that they are very interactive and fun. In addition to learning to prepare something new and innovative.

Upon completion of the cooking class, guests will have a wine tasting session followed by a mixology class. These classes are also great for learning about the local food culture. You will be able to learn culinary secrets that the locals know and enjoy the regional gastronomy. And, at the same time, you can enjoy a good wine or cocktail typical of that region.

Once the experience is over, you will be transferred back to your place of accommodation.
